Hey Philly! Looking for a beginner dance class or just a fun Thursday night out? Maybe a new hobby for the new year? You're in the right place! Jazz Attack offers multiple levels of Lindy Hop & Swing Dance lessons -- no partner or experience required -- followed by a social dance party to the city's best swing DJs, plus a live band on January 15th! If you aren't sure which class to sign up for, visit our classes page. Don't forget, you can save $2 on admission when you register a day or more in advance!
All Thursday night swing dance classes & social dance events are held at our new venue -- 1336 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia, PA 19123. All Tuesday night classes are held at the Philadelphia Ethical Society at 1906 Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, PA 19143.

Get back in the groove with exercises, games, and strategies to take your Lindy Hop to the next level. Learn how to sharpen your rhythm, perfect your connection, and more. This intermediate series is appropriate for students that have completed all four of our core series or any prior Tuesday series and are looking for their next challenge.
All series include complimentary admission to all Thursday evening social dances this month, consistent teachers & classmates for rapid progress, video recaps for review & practice, and access to our Thursday 7:30pm practice space. $59 general / $39 students. Students also taking the Thursday Monthly series get a 30% discount by inquiry.

Drop in any week & learn the basics of Lindy Hop and a few solo jazz moves in this beginner-oriented class. This class will have some overlapping and some new elements every week, and we recommend taking it multiple times before advancing to the topics class.
Connection Monthly Series Week 1 with Giavanna Townsend & Mike McDermott
In this 4-week connection series, Mike and Giavanna will explore how to strengthen your partnerships with your fellow dancers and the music. Through active listening, shared movement, and techniques such as proper use of tension and compression, they'll help you create moments of true connection on the dance floor. These classes will offer valuable tools to enhance collaboration in your dance experience. All series include complimentary admission to all Thursday evening social dances this month, consistent teachers & classmates for rapid progress, video recaps for review & practice, and access to our Thursday 7:30pm practice space. $75 general / $49 Students. Limit 30 students

Born of the artistry and innovation of Black dancers and musicians, and passed down orally and physically through generations, we take great care in sharing this art form in a way that is true to these sounds, styles, and values while encouraging the innovation that is hallmark of all Black social dances.
