Heyyo Jazz Attackers and soon-to-be-Jazz-Attackers! We're excited to try some new things in our May adult swing dance classes, including our first crossover exchange with Baltimore, and a lessons rebrand! As always, all lessons are drop-in with no partner required. Lindy 101 (formerly called Beginner) are offered every week and included with admission, and Topics lessons (formerly called Intermediate) are offered on all non-live-band weeks for an additional sliding scale +$5-15 ($3 for full-time students). All events are held at the Philadelphia Ethical Society (1906 Rittenhouse Square).
So whether you just heard about us from the Philly Food Ladies (thanks for the shout out!) or you're here for your hundredth Lindy Hop lesson & dance, we've got the perfect Thursday night in Philly for you. Swing dance is a great way to meet new people, get some exercise, strengthen your brain, and just let out any of the week's stressors.
May 4th: LIVE BAND -- The Boilermaker Jazz Band -- Mob Attack Jazz Town Lindy Exchange Kickoff Dance!
We're excited that this dance will kick off the first Philly x Baltimore Lindy Exchange! There will be four consecutive days of dancing to live bands with friends from the City of Brotherly Love to Charm City and beyond! 9-11pm: LIVE BAND Social Dance with the Boilermaker Jazz Band

Topics Lesson: 6 & 8 Count Drop-In Series Week 1 -- Extending Moves with Lauren Fosnight & Matt Rapp
9-11pm: Social Dance with DJ Nii Attoh Okine
Price: $10 ($7 for students), +$5-15 sliding scale for the intermediate lesson (+$3 for students)

May 18th

Lindy 101 Lesson: Intro to Lindy Hop with Mike McDermott & Kate Holden
Topics Lesson: 6 & 8 Count Drop-In Series Week 2 -- Blending 6 & 8 Count Moves Seamlessly with Brennan & Alex DeVoe
Price: $10 ($7 for students), +$5-15 sliding scale for the intermediate lesson (+$3 for students)
9-11pm: Social Dance with DJ Brennan DeVoe
Tickets available on: 5/12

May 25th -- NO JAZZ ATTACK
